John Rook's New York Yankees Fan Profile

Who am I?
I'm a writer by trade and have been an avid Yankee fan my whole life. A couple of my Yankee highlights: I attended Game 2 of the 1995 ALDS against the Mariners, saw Don Mattingly's last home run (which landed about 6 rows in front of me in the bleachers)and watched as Jimmy Leyritz won it in extras. I attended David Cone's perfect game. Nough said. I have seen about 22 Yankee/Red Sox fueled fights in the stands and I have never been involved in one, though I may have instigated a few. My favorite player of all time is, of course, Donnie Baseball, but my second favorite is Mike Pagliarulo, and I do remember that current Yankee third base coach, Bobby Meachem, was once a short stop for the Yanks (and yes, he sucked as a player as well).
