Home sweet home...The Yanks are finally able to put that dreadful 18 out of 20 road game streak in the rear view and focus on playing some ball games in the Bronx....
It would be nice if this was the Tiger team that opened the season before Manager Jim Leyland ripped them a new one.
This Tiger lineup is finally living up to its billing as they are getting a lot of production from the big names. Granderson and Sheffield which is a definite plus. The pitching has been the problem, both with the starters and relievers, especially before they get to Todd Jones...The Yanks, specifically without A-Rod in the lineup (at least for tonight's game) are going to have to put a limit on the damage that is done, which means guys like Phil Hughes (starting tonight) need to step it up.
LETS GO YANKEES!!!!!!!!!!!!
