 What kind of talent do the Yankees need to get before the trade deadline is over? I believe they need strength in the bullpen. TRADE JOSE VERAS. PLEASE! He keeps getting them into trouble. They need to bridge a gap between their starting pitchers and Mariano Rivera.

Agreed. The Yankees would probably be best off not acquiring a big name star, but by adding depth to either the bullpen or the outfield.

Thanks for your response, Michael. Guess I got my wish with regards to Jose Veras. Brett Tomko is also gone. With Robertson, Hughes, and Mariano dominating out of the bullpen, Melanson's not getting too many innings either. Could he be the next odd man out? Will he make it until the roster expands to 40 men?
