Former WBO heavyweight champion Tommy “The Duke” Morrison was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession Thursday evening in Wichita, Kan.
Morrison (48-3-1, 42 KOs), who defeated George Foreman (76-5, 68 KOs) in June 1993 to capture his title, previously served 14 months in the pen after he was convicted on drugs and weapons charges in 1999.

Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson said Monday during an interview on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” that his deceased 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, was “my angel.”
Tyson claimed that he did not want to be provided full details of her death because, “if somebody’s to blame for it, there will be a problem.”

Floyd Mayweather, Jr. dominated a physically overmatched Juan Manuel Marquez to earn a decisive unanimous decision victory Saturday night at the MGM Grand arena in Las Vegas.
Mayweather (40-0, 25 knockouts), who was fined $600,000 for failing to meet the sanctioned weight for Saturday’s bout by four pounds, returned from a 21-month layoff and looked as sharp as he ever did in the ring.

Patrick Kane Belongs In Jail
Chicago Blackhawks superstar Patrick Kane was arrested early-Sunday morning after he allegedly assaulted a cab driver in his hometown of Buffalo, N.Y.
According to a police report, Kane, 20, and his cousin, James Kane, 21, were pinched by the fuzz at approximately 5:00 AM after a physical dispute erupted between the kin and the cabbie over a measly 20 cents in change.

Puerto Rican icon Miguel Cotto defeated Joshua Clottey via split decision to successfully defend his WBO welterweight title Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In the first round, Cotto (34-1) landed a solid jab that floored Clottey (35-3) and the reigning champion seemed destined to easily control the contest in front of his many supporters who attended the card on the eve of the Puerto Rican Parade.
